Jeremy is a certified Life Coach who helps clients improve their entrepreneurial skills, find work-life balance, and set goals for success and change. He has worked with clients in entrepreneurial start-ups, business wind-downs, family held-businesses, and the non-profit sector. Jeremy has observed the psychological, existential, and monetary factors at stake in life and work, and knows what it takes to go from surviving to thriving at key points throughout the lifespan.

Joy Irwin, BA

Joy Irwin is an executive functioning coach who helps middle- and high-schoolers, and their parents, address academic challenges related to ADHD, Autism, and other folks who are neuro-divergent. Meeting with teens and/or their parents once per week, She focuses on organization and other “executive functioning” issues, creating useful workspace in the home, and related issues. She also helps teens structure their homework time.

Weston Smith, MA, LCMHC

Weston is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North Carolina. He works with adolescents, young adults, and families who are struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Family Conflict, and stage of life decisions (including “failure to launch”). Weston believes in the power of experience and self-discovery to lead towards living a better life. He focuses on helping clients explore community, family, and other support, as well as developing skills for healthy communications to foster independence and self-confidence.

Amanda Sullivan, MA, LCMHC

Amanda Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over thirty years of experience assisting children and adults. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Amanda currently works with adults who are struggling with grief or depression, issues related to midlife challenges, ADHD, trauma, and those striving to find a way through clutter (both mental and physical). Believing in the power of finding meaning and purpose in one’s life, Amanda uses a variety of counseling techniques including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, expressive arts therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and equine-assisted learning. She is an avid writer, artist, and former professional photographer and often shares these skills in her practice, encouraging clients to use their creativity to relieve stress and anxiety and improve focus.

Andrew P. Smiler, PhD, LPA

A licensed therapist and an expert on boys, men, and masculinity. Dr. Smiler holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Developmental Psychology. He helps teenage boys and adult men understand themselves and find better ways to communicate with the important people in their life. In addition to issues such as depression, anxiety, attention deficits, and family conflict, he also works with clients around issues related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and other issues related to sexuality.
