Jeremy Holderfield, BA
Jeremy is a certified Life Coach who helps clients improve their entrepreneurial skills, find work-life balance, and set goals for success and change. He has worked with clients in entrepreneurial start-ups, business wind-downs, family held-businesses, and the non-profit sector. Jeremy has observed the psychological, existential, and monetary factors at stake in life and work, and knows what it takes to go from surviving to thriving at key points throughout the lifespan.
Jeremy was trained under a Master Coach focusing on the ICF required 60 hour Core Curriculum at Guilford Tech and holds certifications in business growth and business marketing. Jeremy has an undergraduate background in Psychology and Religious studies. He uses a variety of coaching modalities centered on holistic, mindful, and existential approaches. Jeremy values deep listening and the well-timed question to help his clients achieve their goals. When appropriate, Jeremy helps his clients reconcile, re-frame, and appreciate different visions of what success looks like based on their unique value systems and their coaching goals.
Jeremy is a visual artist, performing musician, gardener, and volunteer. He has served on several state and local boards, committees, and community projects. For him, having a vibrant community that he wants to live and thrive in is of the utmost importance.
