Helping Individuals Improve Their Lives
Coaching is a relatively short-term, closed-ended process in which you and your coach work together to address a single, specific problem, such as “I need to make a decision about [X]” or “I need someone to help me through this transition.” If you’re not sure if you should talk to a coach or a therapist, click here.

Weston Smith, MA, LCMHC
Weston is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). As a coach, Weston helps people develop a deeper connection with their community or their self; these are issues he has explored over his lifetime. He specializes in working with men who are rough around the edges, maybe labeled as “toxic,” who are navigating a polite world. Weston also assists men in deepening their romantic connection with the people they want to connect with. He believes it is important to find our place in the community we are in, or find the community that reflects us. Weston will work with you to discover any or all of these goals. Our goals may include learning how to facilitate community trips, taking a leadership role at work, or having a more fulfilling life at home. In our meetings we will identify concrete plans for you to focus on to see real improvements.
Amanda Sullivan, MA, LCMHC
Amanda Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. As a life coach, Amanda works with clients who are striving to find a way through clutter (both mental and physical). She employs a variety of simple techniques to help you break down larger areas into smaller, more manageable tasks, clearing a space bit by bit to create changes in habits instead of just “cleaning up a space.” For mental clarity, she helps create calm from overwhelm, turning scattered thoughts into an organized process of focus and purpose.
